Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase or date of release. The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Please note that delivery times may vary, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please double-check the accuracy of your delivery address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address information.

Returns & Exchanges

Once your artwork has arrived, you have 14 days to let us know if you’re not 100% happy with it and would like a refund. You can get in touch with us at [email protected]

We are only able to process refunds for artworks returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Once we have safely received the artwork we will process your refund. ​​Refunds for returned goods will be made within 14 days of their arrival to our warehouse. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and can take 5-10 days to appear in your account.

You will be refunded for the price of the artwork, minus a handling fee. The exact amount varies based on size, weight and location.
